One of the country’s most evil killers has become obsessed with the General Election and has backed Ukip, it has been claimed.

A series of letters obtained by the Sunday People penned by 77-year-old Ian Brady, included a racist slur against Labour Party leader Ed Miliband.

Brady was jailed for life in 1966 along with then girlfriend Myra Hindley for abducting, abusing, torturing and killing five youngsters in Manchester.

The victims were buried on nearby Saddleworth Moor.

Brady wrote that he hoped UKIP ‘decimates’ the Conservative and Labour vote, claiming modern politicians ‘aren’t worth even assasination’.
